Tavern 50 Club
WHAT IS THE TAVERN 50 CLUB? The Tavern 50 Club consists of patrons who like to drink a variety of good beer. After a Tavern 50 club patron has completed the cycle (drank 50 selected beers), the patron has a brass plate with their name (nickname or otherwise), date of their accomplishment, and a saying of their choice (nothing too obscene) on the Tavern 50 plaques on the Tavern wall, with some possible Tavern 50 swag thrown in. Plus, you get to start the whole thing again…
WHY WOULD I WANT TO BE A MEMBER? Even though Tavern 50 membership probably won’t change your life, it just might. Hanging out in the Tavern, drinking fine and varied beer, and conversing with your fellow Tavern patrons, sounds like a great way to pass time and make memories. And how cool will it be to have your name immortalized in brass on the wall of the Tavern?
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? Nothing. Zilch. Big goose egg. But you do have to pay for your beers, but you do that anyway (well, most of you do), so that doesn’t count…
HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER? Simple. Ask your tavern keeper. You’ll receive a Tavern 50 card and each time you visit the Tavern, the keeper will get your cards from the Tavern 50 box and you order your beer the tavern keeper will mark off the corresponding beer number.
